International Mail vis USPS. Today received a DUE.EE packaged back from Spain that was “non delivered” (whatever that means!) that was originally sent Jan 19th, 2011. (over two months ago) Never opened. Given all the other problems with International Mail as of late — I’m really surprised it was returned! Contacted customer to verify address — used what he had provided in PayPal initially and it was an old address. New one added. Hopefully 2nd time is the charm!
